Episode 2a – Mr. Game & Watch: The Salaryman’s Companion

What can Mr. Game & Watch teach us about the lives of working class people? Through the lens of the salaryman, we explore the origins of Mr. Game & Watch and construct a biography of his life based on the games featured in his Smash Ultimate move set. In this two-part episode, we go through the Silver, Gold, and Wide Screen series of Game & Watch games including Ball, Flagman, Vermin, Fire, Judge, Manhole, Helmet, and Lion.
